Shipping: All items will be shipped UPS ground. Charges will be shipping plus a $2.95 packaging, handling and insurance fee. All items are securely packed and are fully insured. NYS residents
add 8% sales tax.

For overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, please call in your order to 845-679-8155 to ensure prompt shipment. Please contact us about international shipping. Gift boxing is available on most items at no charge. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail or telephone.

Returns: We sell the highest quality crafts; however, due to the nature of handcrafted items, variations may occur. This uniqueness is what makes them so special. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please repackage your item in the same shipping carton in which it was received, and send it back to us fully insured.

A refund will be issued for items returned within 14 days of your receipt. After 14 days, a store credit will be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.

Damage: If anything arrives damaged, please do the following:

1. Save all packaging, including outside carton.
2. E-mail or call us immediately with the nature of the problem.
3. We will make the UPS insurance claim and do everything we can to replace your items as quickly as possible.

Internet orders are generally processed within an hour of the time they are placed. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately AND call customer service (845-679-8155). If your order hasn't been processed, we will cancel it.
