Callahan Mountain Studios
Ron and Paula Mynatt are artists that created Callahan Mountain Studios. Ron creates his own glass from sand, soda, ash and limestone. He uses the same art of glassblowing that’s over 2000 years old. Molten glass is used at a temperature of 2300 degrees and gathered on the end of a blow pipe. An initial bubble is created and from each, an original piece is formed. His works have reflectivity, unusual shapes and detail.
