Sarah comes from a long line of artisans. She designed custom jewelry, taught metal smithing and then set up her own studio. Her jewelry has an organic quality of an individual pod, with a repetition to this element. She uses traditional wax carving techniques and each piece is hand carved. She has explored casting vintage lace into precious lace. It has texture and movement that creates an illusion and glow. You can’t believe her jewelry is really metal.
